Syrup Templates License Agreement

1. Grant of License

Subject to compliance with this Agreement, Syrup grants you a non-exclusive, non-transferable, perpetual license to use the Templates in accordance with the terms below.

2. Permitted Uses

You may:

• Use the Templates for personal, educational, and commercial projects.
• Modify, adapt, and customise the Templates for your own projects or for client projects.
• Use the Templates in websites, applications, SaaS products, landing pages, internal tools, or marketing materials.
• Deploy the Templates in both free and paid products that you build.
• Ownership of your end product remains entirely yours.

3. Prohibited Uses

You may not:

• Resell, redistribute, sublicense, or share the Templates in any form, whether original or modified.
• Include the Templates in any competing template library, UI kit, theme, starter kit, boilerplate, marketplace listing, or design system.
• Offer the Templates as a downloadable product, free or paid.
• Allow third parties to extract, reuse, or redistribute the Templates as standalone assets.
• Claim authorship or ownership of the original Templates.

In short: You may use the Templates in your products, but you may not sell or share the Templates themselves.

4. Client Work

You may use Syrup Templates in client projects provided that:

• The Templates are incorporated into a final deliverable.
• The client does not receive rights to redistribute the Templates.
• You remain responsible for compliance with this license.

5. Ownership

All Templates remain the intellectual property of Syrup. This Agreement grants a license to use — not a transfer of ownership.

6. No Warranty

Templates are provided "as is" without warranties of any kind, express or implied. Syrup does not guarantee suitability for any particular purpose.

7. Limitation of Liability

To the maximum extent permitted by law, Syrup shall not be liable for any damages arising from the use or inability to use the Templates.

8. Termination

This license terminates automatically if you breach any term of this Agreement. Upon termination, you must cease using the Templates and delete all copies in your possession.

9. Governing Law

This Agreement is governed by the laws of Queensland, Australia.
