Syrup Templates — Terms of Service

1. Scope of Service

Syrup Templates are provided as pre-built digital resources intended to assist developers, designers, and businesses in accelerating product development. Templates may include code, layout structures, styling, components, and documentation.

Templates are provided as digital products only. No physical goods are supplied.

2. License

Your use of Syrup Templates is governed by the Syrup Templates License Agreement, which forms part of these Terms. In summary:

• Templates may be used in personal and commercial projects.
• Templates may be modified and adapted.
• Templates may not be resold, redistributed, or offered as a competing product.

3. No Guarantee of Perfection

Syrup Templates are provided "as is" and "as available."

We do not guarantee that:

• Templates are free from bugs, errors, or defects.
• Templates will function correctly in all environments, frameworks, or configurations.
• Templates will meet your specific business, technical, or regulatory requirements.
• Templates will be continuously updated or maintained.

You acknowledge that software and digital templates inherently contain limitations and may require modification, debugging, or additional development before production use.

4. No Professional or Technical Warranty

Syrup Templates do not constitute professional, engineering, security, compliance, or architectural advice.

You are solely responsible for:

• Testing all Templates before production use.
• Ensuring security, compliance, and performance suitability.
• Ensuring compatibility with your stack, hosting environment, and business requirements.

5. Support

Unless expressly stated otherwise, Syrup does not guarantee ongoing support, bug fixes, updates, or compatibility upgrades.

Any support offered is discretionary and does not form a contractual obligation.

6. Payments & Refunds

Due to the digital nature of the product:

• All purchases are final.
• Refunds are not provided once Templates have been downloaded or accessed, except where required by Australian Consumer Law.

7. Intellectual Property

All Templates remain the intellectual property of Syrup.

You receive a license to use the Templates, not ownership of the underlying intellectual property.

8. Prohibited Conduct

You must not:

• Redistribute or resell the Templates.
• Share Templates with unlicensed users.
• Reverse engineer for the purpose of creating competing template products.
• Misrepresent ownership or authorship of the Templates.

9. Limitation of Liability

To the maximum extent permitted by law:

Syrup shall not be liable for any direct, indirect, incidental, special, or consequential damages arising from:

• Use or inability to use the Templates.
• Bugs, defects, or errors in the Templates.
• Business interruption, data loss, security issues, or financial loss.

Your sole remedy is to cease using the Templates.

10. Consumer Law

Nothing in these Terms excludes rights you may have under the Australian Consumer Law that cannot be lawfully excluded.

However, where permitted, Syrup's liability is limited to replacement or re-supply of the Templates.

11. Termination

We may terminate your access and license if you breach these Terms or the License Agreement. Upon termination, you must cease using the Templates and delete all copies.

12. Changes to Terms

We may update these Terms at any time. Continued use of the Templates constitutes acceptance of the updated Terms.

13. Governing Law

These Terms are governed by the laws of Queensland, Australia.
